Help the Children at Hannah's Treasure Chest

Gem City Alumnae Assocation is excited to partner with Hannah's Treasure Chest in Centerville, Ohio. Hannah's Treasure Chest was founded in 2001 and is a nonprofit organization which enriches the lives of children in need by providing care packages of clothes, shoes, books, safety equipment and hygiene items including diapers through a network of more than 70 partners throughout southwest Ohio.

Hannah's Treasure Chest is in need of donations and volunteers!

Donations Needed:

Diapers & diaper bags
NEW children's underwear
Socks
New hygiene items
School supplies
Toys, games and puzzles
Twin & Full sheets/blankets
Crib mattress pads & sheets
Potty chairs
Toddler gates
Infant bathtubs

Volunteers Needed:

Warehouse volunteers: Organize clothing and quality check toys and games
Assemble hygiene kits
Sorting and organizing shelves
Help with large mailings

Gem City Alumnae Association is meeting for Happy Hour at El Meson (903 E. Dixie Drive in West Carrollton) on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 5:30 pm. Please join us for Happy Hour and bring a donation to be donated towards Hannah's Treasure Chest. If you are unable to attended Happy Hour, please contact Carol Salmon to make arrangements to collect items you wish to donate.

Gem City sisters are also planning on volunteering at Hannah's Treasure Chest as a group for a few hours sometime during Week of Service (October 22-30). Date and time will be announced later.
